Guided Tour of the Saratoga Battlefield. On pastoral fields and gently rolling hills above the Hudson River, two hotly contested Revolutionary War battles fought here ended in an American victory so momentous that it is known as one of the most important in world history. This tour begins at the Visitor’s Center with a description of the British Campaign of 1777 and then continues with a riding tour through the battlefields with stops enroute. Saratoga Battlefield is a National Historical Park.

A Private Guided Tour of the USS Slater – The Last Destroyer Escort Afloat in America. During World War II, 563 Destroyer Escorts battled Nazi U-boats on the North Atlantic protecting convoys of men and material. In the Pacific they stood in line to defend naval task forces from Japanese submarines and Kamikaze air attacks. Today, only one of these ships remains afloat in the United States, the USS SLATER.
