Join Best of Times Travel on this unique and culturally rich day trip during the peak of the fall foliage season. We head north to Vermont and enjoy the fabulous fall foliage unfold before us on the hills and mountain tops of NH as we drive. Our first stop of the day will be Queechee Gorge for some amazing views of the area and surrounding foliage. From here we will head to the headquarters of Simon Pearce and enjoy a fantastic meal at the Mill
Restaurant. They use local ingredients for their meals and the Vermont Cheddar Soup is mind-blowing! After our lunch we will enjoy a guided tour of the factory and watch some hand made glassblowing in progress. Following our stay at Simon Pearce we will travel to the King Arthur Factory. While here see some tasty pastries being made or take some time to browse through the gift shop. It’s a bakers delight! Enjoy the ride home with great views.
